My brother and my last girlfriend were both diagnosed with BPD. I'm quite alert to that now and I didn't sense any of that from you during our brief visit. Although, I think the air might have been playing tricks with my mind. At any rate, I sure hope you get what you have and what you need straightened out. Is there anyway you could explain to the doctor that the ritalin is the only thing helping you at the moment and taking you off of it suddenly would send you into a downward spiral??Doctors don't always know whats best.I know the ones my Mom has been seeing for years keep throwing pills at her and none of them seem to help.They just make her sleepy and forgetful.She's Bi Polar.

I've got my support worker coming with me, and she does say she will advocate for me. She is just the bearer of bad news is all when she told me how the psychiatrist feels about me.
Mincan - That's what you need, a liason. do you feel like she is on your side and can help?
