people who try to post a name will have to be very severely vetted.
After all there can be other reasons to make such an accusation than closure.
What if somebody else has the same name??
I know of one case where an innocent man was petrol bombed in his home and committed suicide, just because he had the same name as a pedo in the same town.

So really it might be something to try and privately collect the info before putting up the site. hmmm......
Also, as mentioned above, make the information available in one file (PDF, database, etc...) so that even if the site get's pulled, the information still exists on MANY hard drives and can be re-uploaded and continue to be distributed.
If is was legal to post names of convicted sex offenders than you could do it.
You would have to be certain that the names you were publishing were correct though a otherwise you would open yourself up to legal headaches IMO.
Allowing 3rd parties to submit names and accusations would be a comlte no-no because it could so easily be abused for libel / slander.
