This is one thing in life I truly love -SUSHI. If I could afford to eat it every day I would.

Tuna - I like it served plain or seared ( too die for ) or what "we" call Tuna Wrap (raw tuna on the outside, rise in the middle, some little dollop of their mayo and a slither of chilli - delish)

Salmon - melt in your mouth heaven - plain is always a winner and then rainbow rolls (salmon and avocado on the outside, rice then more salmon and avo in the middle)

Pretty much any sushi goes down really really well. The taste is out of this world, plus extremely healthy. Got to have it with your wasabi and ginger.

I'm going for sushi tonight - my mouth is watering. YUM

I tasted a Sushi Wrap for the first time just a few weeks back. I enjoyed it. A co-worker brought in a plate of various Sushi's that her son had given her. I am glad she did - though I don't know that I share your enthusiasm level.

Since I don't eat beef pork or chicken, we will frequent the sushi bar often. I love sashimi

Loubell, I think I just fell in love w/ you! I eat sushi at least 3-4 times a week. It is like crack to me. Smoked eel rolls, rainbow rolls, caterpillar rolls, dynamite rolls, lollipop rolls, white tuna...I just get lost in them. I haven't eaten breakfast and wasn't hungry until I read this thread. THANKS A LOT!!!!

I just tried Sushi for the first time back in September when we went on our cruise. I'm not sure what I ate or what it was called, but the one wrap was pretty good. They brought me some kind of salmon, but I just couldn't handle it raw! I could eat some of it on occasion but don't think it would be something I would have a craving for. Glad you enjoy it, though...

Many Americans are closed minded to the thought of raw fish, but sushi is to die for! The kelp, the rice, the fish, and just the right amount of wasabi. The perfect combination, with that bite of ginger between each type to cleanse the palate. I just wish I could still have the Sake.

In my part of the world we call sushi "bait".

Since I'm a vegetarian, I'm very limited when it comes to sushi options. However, my faves are avocado rolls, fish roe (the eggs, not the fish itself) and tofu.
