back in the day I had a friend who would go fishing on the tuna runs. Several times a year he would give me freshly caught, blue fin tuna, yellow fin, and other tuna by the pound!

Many Americans are closed minded to the thought of raw fish, but sushi is to die for! The kelp, the rice, the fish, and just the right amount of wasabi. The perfect combination, with that bite of ginger between each type to cleanse the palate. I just wish I could still have the Sake.

I got home yesturday and shot to the lil sushi bar near my home - Salmon and Avo Rolls - they were so delicious - I was a happy little human after that. Bought in some sushi for my friends birthday.

wha happend - sashimi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! esp Tuna & salmon - you got me salivating all over again.
satanus - I've tried the octopus as well - never again - my teeth felt they were bouncing around on a piece of nothing, it's very tough. I have tried preparing it myself - didn't look as good as the sushi bars - but just as tastey.
