There are so many good ones. When I was a child liviig in Virginia I was able to visit Monticello, his home, several times. It was beautiful.

LOL - Avi, you my dear boy, are adorable.
Here's a link to Monticello, you can take virtual tours of the rooms and gardens and read of it's history. The home was built and rebuilt over the course of 40 years. Very interesting.

If Thomas Jefferson had had his way we'd all be farmers. We might also still own slaves, even as we penned documents that declared all men are endowed with the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness by our Creator.
Which only proves that he was willing to aim for something higher than himself.
