Writers' history is replete with examples of continual rejection. I recently saw a documentary on Jack London, whose manuscripts were repeatedly turned down by the publishers of his day. I don't remember the exact number of rejections before he began publishing, but it was staggering. What you have to say is important and the manner in which you "state your truth" (Max Ehrmann) is compelling.
Keep chipping away ... I guess I'd better follow my own advice!
