Yes zeroday when you are right you are right.
Green tobassco on eggs, especially with veggies and cheese. My jalapeno white sauce too.
Chilpolte tobassco on cheesy potatoes. My specialty.
Tobassco on enchaltas, tacos, hamburgers, crackers, chips, french fries....etc...it is endless.
Also VERY important in various BBQ sauces.
For the adventurous...
1 cup of sugar
1 tbsp of honey
2 chopped chillis
1/2 a cup of water (more if needed)
A few drops of tabasco sauce
Throw them all in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Allow to simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
Take off heat and strain, allow to cool then pour on a scoop (or two ) of vanilla ice cream.
Yummy!
