Excellent find VM! They say a person's memory can be rewritten over time and , if so that is what JW's have done. They really seem to have forgotten they said/believed that 1975 stuff. They were not an impressive bunch at this KH- a whipped group in fact.

I saw that you mentioned about the tract "The end of false religion is near" as your excuse to attend the bookstudy. I got that tract in my door a little over a year ago and then It did scare me, I am embarrassed to say I still thought it might be the truth. I don't now after joining this group and meeting up with a few exJw's and finding out what is happening with the Borg. (all in the last 2 months)I had not investigated or bothered with it for 20 years. About the tract, not trying to get off the subject but I keep asking people and no one knows much about it. What is your thoughts on how arrogant that was of them to hand that out to people. I would think people would be laughing at them. I tore it up in disgust and fear so I don't remember the details of the tract. Does anyone have it.

Oh yes people laugh and mock JW's, but they just shrug it off- goats you know- what do they know. I mentioned the tract to them after the meeting and it was, Oh yea that one- they had forgotten about it. I mentioned that they condemned the clergy for their sex abuse in it and why didn't this recent WT pedophile scandal put JW's in the same boat as everyone else? They just said it was some isolated events and the reports couldn't be true. They just won't believe that they have been bamboozled by the GB at Bethel!

Moshe is one of a hand full of people here that has the nerve to turn a jw study UP-SIDE DOWN !!!!!!! Sitting there for an hour, listening to everything the study was about , and then make a room full jw's look like dopes for not being able to back up a word of what they just studied. I really like Moshe's last comment " all the jw's there were allway WHIPPED". the best part is they invited him back. ha ha. it's going to be hard to beat that . john

Geeze! It can't be true eh? Oh no, it's on a National Nightly News program, seen across North America. Oh no, there's no way this can be true! If it wasn't the WT would be on their ass with a lawsuit even before the piece aired!
