Sparky,
I love Devo, and have most of their albums. My favorite is very obscure, called "The Mongoloid Years," remastered live performances from concerts prior to their first album. Some real charmers, like Beulah and I Need A Chick. I love it! A riot breaks out at the end of "I Need a Chick" as the promoters of the concert did not care for the lyrics: "I need a chick, to suck my . . .," and they kicked them off the stage.

Hold Me
(Words and music by K.T. Oslin)
[Husband comes home and he says, "Wife, turn down the radio, turn off the t.v., and listen to me. Let me tell you about my day." So she sits down and she listens and he begins to speak.]
When I left here this morning
I was bound and determined
I was never gonna come back
Never, never, I was running
I was running from you darling
I was running from my job
I was running from the kid in me
He never knows when to stop
Got as far as the edge of town
Then I turned my car around
And headed back to you
[Husband says, "Wife, what do you think?" Wife says, "It's very interesting. Before we talk about your day let's talk about mine."]
When I left here this morning
I was bound and determined
I was never gonna come back
Never, never, I was running
I was running from you darling
I was running from my job
I was running from some wrinkles
No cream will stop
Got as far as the edge of town
Then I turned my car around
And headed back to you
Come here and hold me, tighter
Tell me tomorrow will be brighter
Kiss me, kiss me a little harder
Don't kiss like we're married
Kiss me like we're lovers
We looked at each other
And we started to grin
This morning it was over
This evening we'll start it all over again
Come here and hold me, hold me tighter
Won't you tell me tomorrow'll be brighter
Won't you kiss me, kiss me, kiss me a little harder
Honey don't kiss me like we're married
Kiss me like we're lovers and hold me

I love Cello music...it's soothing. I'm going to look into this Gregorian Chant stuff. Sounds like the kind of music I'll like...Crumpet, can you give me any suggestions?
I love all things Celtic...takes me back to my roots. Soothes the soul...
I like new country...some old Johnny Cash,
I love Bjork....her voice is beautiful, with her accent.
I love heavy metal, death metal, (especially for housecleaning, boy, does my house sparkle when I play this)
I also like some rap...
I like all the stuff my kids are into...

I like cello music, I like mariachi music, I like lots of kinds of music. I don't know anything about music - something I lack from not being allowed to listen as a kid and teenager. I like Gregorian chants and drifty massage music and guitar, especially Spanish guitar. I like any tenor you can name, I like singing along with just about any singer, any kind of song. I like blue grass, and classic country music, but I don't like modern country.
