Exactly what do you mean Elaine? My saga is just that I am depressed a lot, hate the wake up, and drink too much! I can't help what my stump did in years past! What do you or I have to "stand for".......love back at you michelle!.................oompa
dear oompa...
I can relate to your state of "being".(for different reasons, as yours are JW related). Guess what the first thing that had to go was?... the drink. it was a depressant to me. It was a distructive "diversion" to me and created nothing in my life worth "making a stand for". I ask you, has drink, in any way made your life easier to bear? even, does your spirit feel in any way more elated at the "prospects"? or do you feel more "alienated" from the situation?...you could withdraw into the problem, is all I'm saying...
could you be the "head of the house", right now, if you had to be? Stand up for who you are, oompa.
love Abigail.
Wow Abigail!....so you used to drink. I seem to not be able to get enough lately........it is pathetic......my wife and kids (20 and 22) can have no respect for me. I am drinking more and more every afternoon and evening.....it fixes nothing....probably negates any good from my psych meds.....yet I cant seem to even want to stop.....It is my only escape......and I feel I need to......I can move to costa rica or do the final act.........which I cant do............but either way it hurts a lot of people..........................oompa
so how did you stop?
Back to the topic...(and I wish some of you would take the petty bickering somewhere else )
DP...I think there must be some symbolism in this. Whether or not it relates to the "stump of Babylonian influences" I can only suspect.
They are symbols of membership in one of the secret societies. These secret societies are also very cultish, like like JWs. There is a hierachy of cults from illumaniti at the top (political powers), various masonic groups (which control industry), and all world religions, not just JWs, also spring from this cult influence. "The whole world is in its power". I endeavor in my posts now to expose as much of this as I can.
Treestones are basically grave markers in the shape of a tree. Often they will look like tree stumps or logs. Some will have branches. They are usually associated with the Woodmen of the World, and their various associated groups, although using tree-shaped grave markers pre-dates the organization. The treestones of Woodmen will usually include their symbols, and they might be inscribed with “Dum Tacet Clamet” (”though silent he speaks”), or “here rests a Woodman of the World.” Trees, branches and leaves are common symbols of nature in cemeteries.
According to Douglas Keister’s Stories in Stone, treestones were derived from the Victorian rusticity movement, and at one time could be ordered from the Sears and Roebuck catalog.

History of Woodmen of the World
The organization was founded in 1890 in Omaha, Nebraska by Joseph Cullen Root. Root, who was member of several fraternal organizations including theFreemasons, founded Modern Woodmen of America in Lyons, Iowa after hearing a sermon about "pioneer woodmen clearing away the forest to provide for their families."

As you can see, this society also came about from the FREEMASONS.
"Masons" refers to builders. It is thought that this group took its name as those who "rejected the cornerstone". (Mark 12:10 is one reference)
10 And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner:

(Is this a grren handshake? Or a secret handshake? I am sure the symbolism means something!)
I don't think these symbols are innocent imagery. There is something else to this.
The mallet and axe are also masonic symbols. You can find more info on cult symbols and masonic influence in WTS at this link:

well excuse me...John 21:16.

p.s. I'm sure that you don't even realize that you are "tickling" some ears here. Meanwhile others may wonder off in study of this "unwholesome" stuff you are "feeding" them. That would make Jesus sad wouldn't it?
