When my son was 11 months old, some of my Witness relatives asked if we were studying with him yet. When we said we were not, they tried to give us added incentive by adding: "You know, you can count that time."

When counting attendance, newborns are counted. How much do you think they understand from the meeting? So I have no doubt that a 2 year old is old enough to be counted as a bible study. I wonder if some count reading the Bible to a baby in the womb?

Yes, you can. Since none of it means anything anyway, go ahead and count whatever you want (if you have ever noticed threads about counting time, most people have fudged their time, including elders, ministerial servants, and pioneers - so it's all meaningless).
