I do not think it is healthy for ANYONE, not just witnesses in general, to act like sheeple and mindless drones. That is why I think it is so hard to stomach organized religion even now. Organized religion and governments and the media and anyone else for that matter, vying for the control over the minds and actions of the masses use that weakness(the fact that 99% of the worlds population are sheeple and mindless) and exploit it to their advantage by instilling fear and using terroristic tactics to have their way with them.
Is it "Healthy" for every JW to think alike like they do....

Where everyone thinks exactly alike, no one thinks very much.

Also, when everyone thinks alike, everyone will be expected not to act according to their own conscience but to the conscience of the leader.

Jehovah's Witnesses are for all apperances united in the same line of religious thought. However there is a wide variety of differences when it comes to JW individuals and their personal likes, dislikes, hobbies, recreation, etc.

Yes, it is very healthy for the Faithful and Discreet Slave.....and it can even lead to a cult following.............................................oompa

No not in the way JW's do. They lose there individuality and don't think for themselves - hence become part of the "collective".

Just imagine Jehovah's Witnesses have furious enemies everywhere around ! How their organization could survive ? If you want to know what the unity means read the history books . You may find you didn't understand how important the unity is !
Once the unity is broken you are wide open to see all religions on same level and any opinion any man can have you wil have to recognize as legitimate. It will be a total chaos.

Once the unity is broken you are wide open to see all religions are good and any opinion man can have !
I would rather the opinion of any(every) man (woman) count as much as the opinion of just a few men.

The nazi's were all united in their thinking
It's one thing to be united and another to have to think like everybody else

Maybe it's a cultural thing, but the Japanese Jehovah's Witnesses are to BE alike in so many ways it boggles the mind. Any hint of being different or unique from the group is a sure call to be labeled as "independant" and on the threshold of Satan's domain.
