Hey, congrats (I hope). Are you going to be working at the Everett 787 line? My wife and I live in Bothell/Mill Creek area. (The post office says it's Bothell, everybody else says Mill Creek). Say what you want about unions, I have my doubts too, but at least the people at Boeing are building something.

With the tanker deal tanked, I am thinking it might be a little longer than a couple of months, but the empl. people say not to worry. In the meantime I have a PT job that I enjoy. It is exhausting, but I enjoy it.
I already took the test, but thanks!My husband kept trying to ply me with his work manuals--I resisted. I figured they wanted to know if I have aptitude, not if I already knew how the plane went together. I passed with flying colors apparently. The gal seemed impressed, but probably just has a 'perky' personality. She looked about 14. Made Juno look mature!
I love Mill Creek. We looked for houses there, then decided we wanted more house than we could afford there. You landed in a great place! We ended up moving to Arlington and I love it here. I can't imagine living closer to Seattle. I am driving my daughter to ECC every day. Kind of a haul! -

This must be a good month for JWDers to get hired! Congratulations on the successful testing at Boeing. Money will be nice for a change.
