Old Flame, Tastes good but not much sustenance to stick to your ribs.

Right - food - delicious stuff but I've been on a bit of a health run so I'll give what I'd like to have:

Eggs and bacon are a must!!!! Crispy bacon at that. Cheese griller sausage and some fresh toast with real butter and a really really well done tomato

or if I'm travelling to France it's got to be a fresh croissant / bagette, with cheese and a little cup of strong coffee.

Gravy & biscuits - beg your pardon - huh??? and what is grit? sounds like sand

I've been having way too much fun with my aebleskiver pan lately. There are a lot of recipes for aebleskivers on the Net, some of them rather intimidating for the non-cook – but really, all you need to know is that anything that makes a good pancake or batter bread (think muffins, banana bread, etc) will make a good aebleskiver. Saturday, I used cornbread batter (from scratch, right off the back of the Albers Corn Meal box). Today, I think I'll try this sweet potato pancake recipe.

Oh, and a side of sausage flowers and scrambled eggs doesn't hurt either.

Unleavened bread and a glass of wine

Well actually I like Belgian waffles covered with whipped cream and fresh strawberries and blueberries and then some semi-sweet chocolate syrup dripped on top

    Oh Yeah Baby
