okay to answer a few questions: After I laughed - he was like ""whaaat"" it's true - I gave him my response and since we are good friends and thus parakeet - he was okay with it, and he doesn't come onto this board so I will speak about it if I want.
lone ranger - well you always hear that men are always thinking about sex or perhaps having it with their mates but for one to actually speak up - yup a surprise.
Sweetface - I've spoken him about 3 topics (out of perhpas 10 pages of posts) so it's not too often, perhpas because it's been all at once that it does seem as always....

I think we all flirt (me especially) even if we are already committed .. I think we enjoy knowing we still have "it" and it's almost like hedging your bets, I'm sure this guy was hoping he was going to get more than laughter, although laughter can be a show of nerves and partial subconscious interest.
