  Those sound like doofus-people you see on Jay Leno's "Jaywalking" segments

  I love that part of the show. I sit in disbelief from some of the responses. I'm sitting up here in Canada and can rattle off the right answer .

  I see dumb people.

  They're everywhere.

  They walk around like everyone else, but they don't know they're dumb.
