The GB do not think they are an NGO but a GO, they think they have been 'elected' to be kings. Annointed in general are considered "ambassadors"When a president any country is elected even she (he) has not taken office is treated as such.
that is the least they (GB)can hope for, they have been 'elected'.
btw one of them (GB)complained he was not doing any governing and requested more power, at least within the wt at that time.
