I remember when it was featured on the cover of the local newspaper. We walked passed the newspaper while in service and everyone either just ignored it or said it was the work of the devil. I wondered why it wasn't part of the bible. I haven't read it yet but its only my lists. Thanks for the weblinks.

I think you'd enjoy reading the book The Lost Gospel of Judas Iscariot: A New Look at Betrayer and Betrayed by Bart Ehrman. He gives an interesting overview of the different traditions on Judas including material from early christian writers like Papias. He's very easy to read. At least a simpleton like me finds that a plus.

I am most appreciative of all the facts presented. Many of your are highly knowledgable regarding this subject

Narkissos That website is fascinating. I just quickly did an overview of the information. I looks amazing. I have one major problem with the internet, my eye are so bad that even when I zoom in I still get lost when reading. And there is so much information that it would take tons of ink and paper to print it all off.

Missing Link, I purchase much of my literature from the Christian Book store.com and also Chapters or Amazon Canadian site. I have become a vorocious reader as of late. I can't seem to stop reading. Again with the books my eyes bother me , I got another set of eye glassses and hope that it helps.

And Leo, you left me dumbfounded with the information you gave to us. What amazing work. I truly appreciate your input on this subject. Perhaps you can tell me are you studing this on your own or in university. I private messaged you.

Well friends I am so glad I brought this subject up as it has been most enlighteining for me. Thanks all around.
