Anonimity would be my wish as well. Imagine if you will. On the news they announce your name and city/state. Now all the charities will come with their hands out. And so will all the scammers, crooks, and scumbags trying to take away what belongs to someone else. even if I was left anon about it, I just know my long lost cousins would come crawling out of the woodwork for their fair share. I don't blame the rich people, celebrities and high profile people for hiring body guard and living on a compound. every pile of crap in the world will try to wreck your car or say you raped them so they can get a pay-off.
$80 million Lotto winner remains anonymous. JW perhaps?

If they're fading dubs I hope they're smart enough to not drive to the Memorial in their brand new Bentley.

Its possible that the winner is a JW. Several years ago a lady won several million in the lottery and she remained anonymous and we all wondered if it was a JW. It turned out to be a good friend of my friend's aunt. Yes, she was JW and was disfellowshipped but her husband wasn't. She was reinstated within a year and then her and her immediate family relocated. As far as I know they're still in with the JWs.

There are lots of reasons why a lottery winner would choose to remain anonymous. Membership of a religious group that bans gambling (JWs aren't the only ones) is way down the list. In the real world, JWs aren't quite as important as they (and some exJWs) think they are.
