Same boat as you. I LOVE winter. Do not get me wrong, but damn, after this, I am even crying 'UNCLE'. There has to be an end to the madness.
Another Snow Storm

These are really neat pictures.
I am so tired of shovelling. We are supposed to receive 32 CM's. We have already received close to 20 CM's already.

Yeah, when I was in Knoxville, I thought I was going to miss the snow and Michigan winter. God, what was I thinking?

Snow is laughing rain. All you folks who don't get the experience of crystaline wafers of water wafting down around you, softly piling up on each other in the millions, as they laugh their little heads off w glee, are missing something. There is nothing like being warmly dressed and doing a standing meditation in a snow deluge.

Don't have a conversion formula but we've received 15 inches of snow in the past 24 hours and have had blizzard conditions, so we're housebound. Although my husband went to work tonight, even though we're at a Level 3 Snow Emergency.
But we did sneak out into the yard today and fill a bowl with snow and make snow cream. Made our captivity seem a little more festive.

Totally agree with how you feel. I am so so so sick of snow, we have had it coming down since November 15th and it just doesn't stop. There is NO where to put the snow now the snow banks are so high
We just got about 15 inches MORE last night. We have a snow blower but had to get a tractor with a blower on it to plow the driveway this morning.
Also the township is on strike here for the last 3 weeks. They won't plow the side roads or town streets, (the main roads are plowed by Provincial). So our streets in town are in a horrible mess, and the garbage truck won't come either because the streets aren't plowed.
Today its really cold and sunny and windy, I am just totally fed up with WINTER!!!!!!!
This photo is my back deck a couple of weeks ago today its twice as high but didn't get the camera out yet.

Winter is nice, but........it's too long here.
When I got up this morning, I saw all the snow on my balcony. I had to shovel all that earlier and now it's clean. My poor kitty couldn't see outside....
Then It took 1 hour to shovel around my car and get it out. You can see where I was parked... Now it's up to the others to shovel and get their cars out.

Yep, we got whacked here in Southern Ontario yet again------I can't remember if this is the second or third major storm to hit us this week but my god it's tiring..........I was babysitting for some ex-Dubs yesterday (they went to the Toronto Skydome to see the hockey game) and by the time they got home, it was so bad they couldn't even pull in the driveway. So then Kev goes to drive me home and we couldn't even get out of the driveway.......We both got out, got on our hands and knees and manually dug out some of the snow around the car (this, at 2:30 in the morning). After about 8 tries, he finally got the car out and drove me home. I said "don't even bother trying to get up my driveway" so he let me off and I nearly fell trying to just walk up the driveway----the snow drifts were over 3 feet high in some spots and I could barely get the side door open.

I feel so bad for you poor easterners. I feel guilty that it was up to 15 celsius yesterday where I live in "Beautiful B.C".™
Had to cut the grass yesterday and weed around the flowers that were coming up. Life is just so unfair....
