As you've stated, I did a quick search and it isn't in the NGO directory.
However, after a Google search, I did find these interesting links --

While I have no evidence to dispute Charles statement that AidAfrique is not a UN affiliated NGO, you and others should be aware that each UN section/dept has procedures to affiliate with NGOs. You checked "one" directory and concluded, "No affiliation." Well, you would need to check with every UN section/dept to be certain.
AND, as I have pointed out in other threads, AidAfrique is not "A.I.D. Afrique"!

Good point, Madapostate, i have not made this research, we can affirm that AidAfrique collaborate with UNHCR, perhaps this is here we must research...

What we can say too, is that before 1991, this association receveid public's money (subvention in french) from the governement or other autority, i don't know. This association was called Aidafric till 1999.

Hi Path,
Unfortunatelly, the french's JW who send the different letters don't want to provide the scan, he is still an active JW, and seems to be guilt to collaborate with some "apostate".
I can confirm that the letter he send about voting in 1998, is true, so i believe that others are true too, but we can't have the original scan.
