The IRS is on my ass also... they suck and are unprofessional. I can't understand how we can be guilty until we prove ourselves innocent either. I really don't owe what they claim, its a mileage write off. sucks out loud

    AAAARGH.

We had a revolution over dinky Stamp Tax.

Look what we put up with now. It is a thousand times worse.

There is a fair chance I might sell all and go to Costa Rica. My wife keeps on whining. It is beautiful beyond description down there. Much safer than Honduras BTW. Burn

Remember that before you vote dawg. Are you going to vote for someone that is going to increase the confiscatory burden? Burn

Wow, Burn, I don't believe it. You and I have found common ground.

One of the benefits of being a US citizen is that you pay taxes on your world-wide income. Moving to another country does not relieve you of that benefit.

If you move and decide not to pay taxes the IRS probably won't track you down. But don't expect to be able to come home.

I suggest a two word nine letter solution:

    TAX LAWYER

Tax lawyers have been worth every penny I have had to pay them.......

If they're anything like the UK ones - just give them everything you have and go lie down in front of a train
