LOL, that's hilarious. Just the other day I was remembering my job interviews soon after I left Bethel and the awkward discussions that ensued. Glad I don't have to go that far back on my resume now.

I wrote "volunteer coordinator" on my resume.. and I got hired as a supervisor...

I explained (since I was PO) that I was responsible for coordinating the activities of 120 volunteer workers. Organizing activities, schedules, etc...
