We had a 'Dirty' creepy young man.

I was assigned to tactfully enlighten him on the benefits of soap.

We had one always had his hands on the sisters and would stare at there brests all the time .

Were you in my old congregation? Cause you just described the former PO to a T. He had the hots for me when I was 17 and he was in his late 40s. The stinking old goat used to like to wrestle with me and me being the naive fool that I was, never thought anything of it, because at that age, I thought elders were next to God.

Even my mom complained that he used to look her up and down whenever she walked into the Hall.....God he was a pig.

Yep, we had one too. He was an elder, married with a couple of kids. He never touched us but the staring was relentess. My parents even invited him and his wife to go with us to Tahoe when I was 15. What a starefest, I remember him learing at us in our van as we were on the way to the beach. We complained to our mother but she never took us seriously until he made a pass at her.

Had about a dozen of them.

They were always putting their 2 cents worth in about all kinds of 'sexual matters'

Yes we had a couple. One who was a keen photographer of teen girls, got them posing to make them look older, he would always home in on the teen girls. Never wanted to take photos of men though. Another who puts his arm around the sisters and gives them friendly kisses, he's a married elder, my mom had to get an elder to have a word with him.

Why is it? Is it just the normal cross section of society or does the WBTS attract people like this? Or maybe the rules mean they are sexually frustrated. The one thing that gets to me is that they are not dealt with because they haven't crossed the disfellowshipping line.

    ''dirty creepy old men''

I dont know about OLD...but definitely creepy. 2 in one congo I was an elder in.....

One is still a married reg pioneer elder. In his 50s... He is always going up and hugging women.....his specialty was young, pretty teens and early 20s.,,single or married... though he did hug the older sisters in his book study... I have no issue with that... but how come he wouldnt hug the ugly women..or the ones closer to his age?

There was another brother...lets call him Brother Mickey Mouse (those who know him know why I would call him that).....no longer a MS...creepy......he and his wife have no kids of their own.... always had one particular little girl on his lap...zeroed in on her as soon as she came into the hall..he had her trained to find him when she got there.....he would give other kids candy, etc...but he took this girl to his seat all the time...but it was worse because he would take her out to the lobby all the time during the meeting and hold her and play and chat... she was about 4 or 5 at the time...probably about 6 or 7 now...guessing..... it bugged me, but I couldnt point the finger at him for anything specific...so I took the little girl's dad (a MS) aside and asked him if he thought it "appropriate" for Brother Mickey Mouse to be spending so much unsupervised time alone in the lobby instead of her sitting with mom and dad? Told him it could look as a "Bad example" to the congregation and could "put his 'privileges'" at risk.....(silly, I hated to pull out the cult control phrases....but in this case, it was for a good cause..protecting a little girl) After that conversation, the little girl started sitting with mom and dad not creepy MM after that... MM took advantage of a single mom too...she was DF.,...nothing happened to him....

...what did Mickey do? Zeroed in on a younger little girl (who was about the age of the first girl when he first started on her) whose family was new to the congo..... never bothered with her before he was unable to access the first girl......I had been deleted as an elder by this point...so I ihad no problems saying what I needed to....as soon as I observed him with his new victim...I immediately had a conversation with the mother (a single mom).....couldnt make an accusation of course...but, since the MOM had experience with pedophiles in her family in the past, she knew where I was headed....that ended Mickey Mouse's reign for awhile...dont know who he is zeroed in on now that I am gone...

elders in "Death Valley Congregation" are blind....or dont want to cause problems... so there were 2 in that congo....creeps...

Yeah we had three creeps, Ive mentioned them before, three generations of the same family who were predators. The son was into screwing anything that would allow him too and would be found in bed with sisters when they woke up if he was "visiting" the families or at hall builds. The dad was an elder and wife was of the annointed so he was skirt chasing, including ME, anything that moved because his wife was going to be separated from him when she died and he was planning for the separation. And the GRANDFATHER would come up behind women when we were still buying our literature and had to wait in lines at the book counter and stand right up on em in line and me personally he would put his hands on my waist and I could feel his breath on my neck...eeeewwwww....I DID report his ass and the elders spoke to him. I was new to that particular congregation but not to the people as we shared a hall and many would go back and forth between the two congregations. But I pointed out the scripture that said that a man SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHING another woman and that it was creeping me out that he was feeling like he could do this. AND this man knew I was "dating" his grandson which made it creepier still.

He was talked to by the elders and I changed congregations so didnt see him again. He died a year later of heart failure (he was very obese and 76 years old) and I was told by the grandson that what I did KILLED HIM and that he was never the same "after you lied about him to the elders!". And he was dead serious about it!
