Hello everyone and thanks to all who responded to me. Sorry took so long to reply ...i was on a training exercise and didnt have internet access.
To answer some of your questions....The state of FL does not look kindly on split custody... i tried but was not successfull so she was awarded primary custody till the case goes to trial. Right now she dosent keep me from seeing my son but she did at first which makes me believe its because her attorney is telling her to do so ,so she will look good in front of the judge. I'm sure if she does win custody ,she will try to make it difficult for me to see my son.
I have gotten a lot of information from the internet and some ex JW in the last year and a half which i have passed on to my attorney but the more information the better. My son needs all the help we can provide him. Again.. thank you all for your help and i will keep you posted on any new developments. yknot and alamb check your pm's.

In North Carolina, it is very hard to take a child away from the mother no matter what the reason is. My ex is a JW. He fought me tooth & nail to try to get custody. My attorney brought up the social set backs by being a JW, no extra curricular activities, sports, the blood issue. By the end of it, my ex was on the stand in tears. He then looked at the judge and said give her what ever she wants! It was priceless!!
Just fill your attorney in on all info you can regarding the witnesses. The witnesses have a brochure to help them on custody, you may want to try to get your hands on a copy of that to share with your attorney.
Best of luck!!

Welcome from Australia....lots of negative things about the Witnesses as already mentioned....the judge may want to know what metal cases these people are.
