Salvation Book scans or .pdf about Beth Sarim

Hello every one...
Does anyone have a link to this? I need the Beth Sarim stuff from page 311... I have a scan of the deed from Golden Age, but I think the way Rutherford gloats about it in the Salvation is much more damning.
Any help is much appreciated!

There's also an newspaper style brochure on Beth Sarim printed by the Society. It's a several page spread
