You'll find as you look deeper into the watchtower organization that they want to be very controlling they don't trust their members to make what they think are right decisions so they make them for you. Then they tell you not to look anywhere else for answers because they have all the answers and anywhere else you look is really satan's way of turning you away from the WT. In fact if the GB had their way they would probably want all women to dress like the FLDS women.
So dress the way you want to and don't let a bunch of modern day pharasise tell you what to do. Trust your own concience.

Response to Gripe 1: Proof it isn't about the R&F but about the financial survival of those at the top. I take it you won't like it very well to learn that Ray Franz in CoC discusses the change of generation to the anointed being kicked around decades ago. That as far as this "new light"goes there are cans of Vietnam Army Rations that are fresher.
