It's not in print - it's one of those antitypical things, you know, you just have to multiply the 10 (representative of earthly perfection) x 2.4 and you get 24!

yes, jw should use 24 hour clock, so they can go to work on time, etc... There is no way for JW to stop using the clock in this system, the only people that do not use the clock are probably in the Jungle.
