Would you have made friends with the type of friends you had as a witness,?

  I never had any close friends in the JW's, the people were mostly friendly, but some were stuck up.
  
  I always got along better with the adults when I was a kid. There were some really nice adults when I was a small kid.
  
  It wasn't until I left the JW's that I started making close "hang out" type friends.
  
  I did make friends with my brother's friend Josh and would go visit his family in North Carolina after they left Ohio. They were inactive and somewhat "worldly", but they still believed it was the truth.
  
  
  I guess with the JW's as with any thing else you end up making friends with people that aren't quite like you, due to the circumstances.
  
  Most people make their friends through work or church anyway.
