There are no differences from previous policy, in fact they still quote the 1981 article that a simple hello would be inappropriate. Very disappointing.

Usually by the time one becomes of age they add financial support to the family group. So now when they are df the family must kick that paycheck goodbye. Best wishes to the df one who has to leave.
