I think I'm probably one of the assholes who wants to be a straight shooter and winds up offending people. And if someone pisses me off I'm likely to say really awful things in return. But I try not to start anything! I don't think the remark about not responding to your own threads is abusive. The short attention span crack was sarcastic, but you seemed to have survived it with good humor. I started to say some high-minded stuff about "lighten up folks, find the humor in it, blah blah blah" but I realized I often shoot first and ask questions later when someone offends me...so I'll just shut up.

Cognac, you seem to be the sort of person who needs a lot of attention. I hope you don't mind me saying that, it is only my honest opinion. Unfortunately you have to take the good with the bad.

To be truthful and with an honest answer....In my opinion some of the abusers are either drunk or on drugs because no one in their right mind would say some of the nasty and ugly things I have seen on this discussion forum.

...and here we have clearly illustrated another of the ethical holes that so many fall into on discussion Boards. Top Hat, I have read you make more than your fair share of mean and insulting comments to others on this board over the past couple of years. Were you drunk at the time, or just canoodling with the crack-pipe? Hypocrisy is a very jagged and hurtful word, hwoever in your case it illustrates what is true about your post. HS
