just curious....how much for the little 8gig...and where did you get it? it holds about 2400 songs is that right?...........oompa
I bought it at walmart and I paid 200.00 for it. I don't know how many songs it holds. I would say a ton because it's not even half full and I loaded a lot of CD's on it so far.

I just bought myself a Sansa Clip MP3 player - 1G and the charger all for the low price of $63.00 incl. tax. It also has an FM feature which I programmed in my favorite stations. When I get some time from studying I will be downloading music too. Only holds about 250 songs, but the price was right.
Isn't it fun to use? I love having it w/me during my speed walking every morning. Just have to watch how loud I sing... hee heeee

My older and younger brother just popped in for an unexpected visit. It took a while to sort things out as; one wanted to play his Itune library before we did anything and the other wanted to go for a hike before we entered into the Itune war!
Believe me it was touch and go before we decided it was only fair that we...hike while discussing music, then let them go song for song.
A few hours later the Itune battle began..new vs old, eclectic vs traditional. If I remember correctly we declared a tie and decided to celebrate by hitting the local store while we argued about what beer to buy. Bleh, technology sometimes changes nothing.
I have a Sansa and Napster. Much better than JobsTunes.
Heh, we here in NCalif have almost anything available that we can borrow and dl from our local library. Almost anything recorded is available...but there are a few things that they have missed. Titles I miss; Moby Grape Vanilla Fudge Dino Valenti ...bleh, ok..I give, paid is better than free.
Don't purchase music from ITunes because it doesn't transfer to other players. Instead you can buy music downloads from Amazon and put them any where you want.
And it's legal.
