And, Sir82, not just the low-hanging fruit, if you "gather" my meaning...
I remember how they harassed a sister in my congregation who wore pants. She had scars from serious burns and was very embarrassed by her legs. She wore pants in spite of their treatment of her, but it can't have been easy.
Speaking of WTBTS illustrations, what's up with all the dress clothes?!
In Paradise, you are either going to, or returning from, Kingdom Hall or an Assembly. Always.
Eternally.
Forever.

IN the new world we are gonna be walking around naked...so who cares
I don't know why you women always complain, the few times I wore a dress I loved it. It gave my 2 boys some elbow room.
I know of ONE picture that got past the censor at Beth hell.
It is in "You can live forever in Paradise " book - first edition.
A picture of happy people rebuilding and gardening after Armageddy. In the background there is a sister with her hair in a bandana leaning on a hoe - yes they will have them in the Noo Woild- In JEANS!!! (I think it is about half way up the left hand page)
And there is a cute young guy driving a bulldozer in a tank top.
I noticed it at the time, but have long since thrown the book out in case "old light" attracts demon attacks in my home...
Scans anybody?

And whoever suggested that the Witchtower places women on pedestals because of their "exalted " position is in La La Land.
Women are there, as in Babble Times. Period.
If women had such an exalted position, the males would have grabbed it for themselves long ago.
Didn't King David insult somebody by saying they wanted to do things women did? (spinning)
Men were forbidden to wear Women's clothes in the Mosaic Law for the same reason bestiality was forbidden:
It blurs the distinction between "kinds", higher and lower:
The woman seeking a connection to an ass is descending to the level of an animal - worse, as a woman, placing herself in the inferior position to a MALE animal.
In transvestites the man is descending to the level of the female.
In the same way spiritism is condemned as a work of the flesh, because the spirits involved are descending to the level of fleshly beings.

I prefer to wear dresses, even for cleaning, etc. However, it's almost impossible to find them in stores. I have to order them off the internet or make them myself. But I think they are so, so comfortable that I prefer them to slacks.
I always wonder where in the world the JW women find all their dresses to wear to the KH because it's getting harder and harder to find them anymore. Shows how out of touch the Bethel Writing Department is, since most women they meet out "in the field" would be hard pressed to find a dress and probably think pics of women in dresses is weird.
