I can only imagine that a life time of leading a double life can mess with you. To be so intimidated by honesty. The "truth" encourages lies from all angles. Don't be anxious, just bite off a piece of honesty tomorrow and that freedom will take you the rest of the way. It is empowering to step out and allow yourself to be real. It may be painful....but didn't you just have surgery? Pain can bring relief. You need relief and so does your wife. Dont go to the therapy with an agenda. The doc will pick up on a lot of things.......let him take her where she needs to go.

Marriage is legal agreement to share Assets and libabilities.
If shes not bringing enough Ass or assets to the table then the only reason you would stay with her is you have to big of a liability to walk away from without going broke.
