There's so many. Regular exercise I can do. But sticking to a diet is tough. I like my fries and cokes.

Besides coffee and tea, I drink water. I'm blessed with genes that looooove food and like to keep it right around my middle.

It's a constant fight to keep a spare tire off. I have a bicycle tire around my middle right now.

I quit exercising for a little bit to concentrate on the house. It takes enough energy to majorily dejunk and clean it.
