I still think they have enough real estate that can be liquidated that they'll not run out of money anytime soon. I think they'll just keep decreasing expenses and coast for many years.

As with most organizations there is two funds. There is the operating fund and the capital fund.
From an operating basis my guess is that they are losing money. The current donations do not cover current expenses.
On the capital side, they are extremely wealthy. The can and probably do tap into the capital fund to pay current expenses. But this is always an unconfortable position expecially when current donations dry up.
