Thanks for your suggestions,yeah thanks W-A-C but i think if i did the mace threatening thing it'd be me the police would be escorting away lol! I am sure over here they cannot record DNCs anymore because of data protection act but i will put it in my letter and send a copy to main headquarters here too. Will do it on computer next time so i don't have to keep writing these letters out and then changing them lol!

thanks for all your suggestions, have posted my reply but they keep jumping up the page so it looks like i posted them earlier?!Don't know how i am managing to do that lol!Its under Hortensias last post for somereason not LDHs' lets see where this one turns up!
edited to add - ok ignore all this is was okay once i went back out into the main forum - my only excuse is about 4 hours sleep last night lol!
