Sorry to hear that dude. But isn't she going to get in trouble for talking to you? How is that going to work. I hope it turns out ok in the end. Maybe it is her way of telling you she wants you to take her out more and shower her with gifts. It's time to institute a mother son sunday brunch tradition at IHOP or something!

I can understand your Mom's feelings,my wife has expressed the same.I too am feeling a lack of close friends now,also I am being "love bombed" by "still in" family and any dub's I come in contact with,which makes it hard,my fade.

I hope your mom can see all the bulls**t if she goes back and bounces right out again!

My mom is 94 and stills attend meetings. When she really needed help, no one was there for her. She goes to the meetings only for Jah.

My mother in law went back because she missed "the friends" too...and it was NEVER the same again. She never was fully accepted back. They had already written her off. So...I think if you let it run its course, it will probably happen to her as well. Its sad to see...but that kind of support and love can be replaced by other women.
