My money is on the 70s even though I was too young to experience it, but from what others had said here it was a time when you could be proud to be a dub and have fun.
What would you say the Golden Age of the Watchtower Society was?

Athanasius
The 1970s was Watchtower Vatican II. Certainly a period of enlightenment in JW history. Had these reforms been allowed to continue the Watchtower would have in time become a gentler, kinder, religion.

big assemblies of late 50's to summer of 75 - been in terminal decline since then - these death throes can take a few decades to twist themselves out...
prolly worth mentioning the Chucky Rustle years - they must have been fun too.

I would say 1967-1975, I hardly recall 1975 since I was 7 at that time. Then is 1980-1994. It was the famous generation dogma, the seperation of the sheep and the goats, the Cold War ended, and WT preaching work was free in the ex-communist countries, enjoying great increase...
