Non JWs cannot survive Armageddon. Only those who can patiently sit through 5 hours of meetings a week plus frequent Grand Boasting Sessions will have the endurance required to "run the race to the end." Hell, Armageddon will be a walk in the park after a lifetime of that. Non dubs don't stand a chance!

Specious little bit of doublespeak, isnt it?

Blues, when everything is said and done, what the Watchtower teaches has no foundation. However they have always taught that only Jw's will be saved. They are the masters of double speak.

*** Watchtower 1989 September 1 p. 19 Remaining Organized for Survival Into the Millennium ***

7 Only Jehovah's Witnesses, those of the anointed remnant and the "great crowd," as a united organization under the protection of the Supreme Organizer, have any Scriptural hope of surviving the impending end of this doomed system dominated by Satan the Devil

    You Can live Forever (1982, 1990) p.255 ***

Do not conclude that there are different roads, or ways, that you can follow to gain life in God's new system. There is only one. There was just one ark that survived the Flood, not a number of boats. And there will be only one organization — God's visible organization — that will survive the fast-approaching "great tribulation." It is simply not true that all religions lead to the same goal… You must be part of Jehovah's organization, doing God's will, in order to receive his blessing of everlasting life…

*** Watchtower 1981 December 1 p.27 The Path of the Righteous Does Keep Getting Brighter ***

Jehovah God has also provided his visible organization, his "faithful and discreet slave," made up of spirit-anointed ones … Unless we are in touch with this channel of communication that God is using, we will not progress along the road to life, no matter how much Bible reading we do.

This is just another example of 'doublespeak' from the Watchtower 'thought police'.

Of course they speak vague ambiguous words to the outside world but the line they take internally will be totally different. Only Jehovah's Witnesses will be saved - that's how they keep control.

Thanks or your comments all, it is good that we can think in agreement , without being told what to think ...

MickeyMouse, I thank you for reminding me of the recent study article that I have used in reply, I cannot see it breaking through the "permafrost" of a closed mind though...The fact is that many compassionate dubs secretly hold more liberal views on this matter and will latch on to this kind of thing to salve their conscience ...

    "Doublespeak" indeed...

This article relies on the fact that a non-witless understands the words "salvation" or "saved " differently from a witless.

Other articles of this ilk have stated that after Armageddon millions of non-believers will be resurrected and given the opportunity to exercise faith in the Ransom Sacrifice. "So we as Jehovahs Witnesses dont believe that only we will be saved..."

The real question is do Jehovah's Witlesses believe that all non-believers will be killed by God at Armageddon. The witlesses will use all sorts of weasel words and equivocation to avoid the obvious answer.
