It was usually ok. One of the last ones, Steve Misterfeld, was a hard ass. Didnt really get to know the last one, Chuck Waller very well. I left during his term. The best was Ron Coldiron. If he had a problem with what you were or werent doing he'd talk to you in private.

I was happy the MS portion was only 30 minutes. I always was close to the elders so there was always one that would give me the low down on what happened after I left.

Early on, I found them disappointing. Later, it turned into dread, since there was usually something to find offensive. Nothing encouraging. Boring outline of the same old rot. Usually there was stuff about what family heads were supposed to be doing. Isn't there enough about that in the public meetings? Why is the "Holy Spirit" appointing these guys that are lousy fathers?
I enjoyed when there would be a sub-CO. They were always more compassionate, helpful, and understanding.
