It struck me funny since I would figure that a loving god would not want to consider it a privilege for us to get to know him. Am I way off, or does that sound weird.
Sounds perfectly reasonable to me. By the same argument, would a LOVING god:
Wipe out entire cities & civilizations?
Kill women, old people, & children?
Destroy families?
Allow all the pain, suffering, disease, war, etc if he could, by his own hand, cause it to cease?
There is no God.
They nod and oooo and ahhh because they are automatons. Once at a circuit assembly in Yuba City, CA they told everyone that the John Class had developed a system to monitor all music, movies, etc and give us a list of entertainment that we could not view or listen to. Everyone clapped. How stupid. And the talker said so. He said that it is wrong minded to expect the gb to got o that much trouble when they have their own wt trained minds.....
I think it was a test to see just how far they can go and get away with saying something.
