That's what I was going to say too.
Of course, Repentance™ is in the eye of the beholder. And since, in the case of JW Judicial Committees™, the beholders are all Elders™ there's a good chance that if you've sucked up enough or donated large sums of money to the Congregation™ in the past, they'll behold you as Repentant™, provided you say you're sorry and shed a couple of crocodile tears. If you're genuinely sorry, but don't have a history of ass-kissing or writing big enough cheques or were not born with a penis, the statistical evidence leans toward them beholding you as Unrepentant™, especially if you have plenty of JW family members who will toe the line and shun the living $h!t out of you.
