Also my tip for the AMMI Derby Cup on Saturday is WHOBEGOTYOU........test run for me before the Melbourne Cup.....some folks have bet $50,000 on this horse in todays paper! It's done very very well lately.

I put $250 on Northern Meteor Group1 coolmore stud stakes fro tommorows Derby.....my first ever bet! The paper yesterday said he won at Canterbury by 4 and a half lengths and Randwick by 5 lengths each time setting a new course record! Watch this 3 year old he's the next Aussie champ...pay out is only $450 as odds are low since he most likely will win.......I can't believe I bet $250 am I nuts.

"All the Good" {winner of the Cuafield cup} and "Efficent" {last years Melbourne Cup winner} are scratched so my tip is looking stronger then ever.....Septimus for sure 1st place he is a God among horses!

thanks for the tip 007 I have no idea who to bet on at this time so Im trusting youre judgement. It also a holiday here in canberra for the melbourne cup event. Goes to show us aussies take horse racing seriously.

Update- The favourite Septimus got a great placing barrier 10 his owner is very happy with that looks good!......Nom De Ju got barrier 1 which if it rains won't be ideal for him the forcast is for showers.....Madrush at barrier 4 is in a good position so I put down $50 on Septimus 1st and Madrush 2nd Quinella..
Madrush like it soft and Septimus too....Septimus should be money in the bank but the odds are dropping as many Aussie climb on board the favourite.
