I have a couple of hives. The taste of the honey changes depending on the flowers and time of year. I suggest you go to a local farmers market and try the free tastings and get the one you like.

But I think it's best to get the raw honey that is closest to your home state.
That's because it will help you build up a tolerance to your local polen alergies.
