Jesus said the meek will inherit the earth (see Rev 21) but his talk was always of the kingdom of the heavens. Even Abraham will be there (Matt 8:11).

I remember a scripture, that perhaps someone can actually find, that when asked about the kingdom of God, Jesus says It is neither here nor there, but it is in your midst. To me this means that this kingdom is a frame of mind.
It is the way you perceive the world and how you interact with others. In theory, if all the baloney about love and caring were true, the earth would be paradise.
I think paradised to Jesus was more a way of looking at things and matters of the heart. The rest is just physical.
The point is actually a good one. You can live in a beautiful scenic comfortable home but if your'e surrounded by evil you might as well be living in hell. I've experienced it myself. Paradise is a frame of mind.
If you take mind altering drugs such as ectasy, MDA, or opium, this state of mind illustrates an illusary form of paradise while still living in a shithole.

Paradise and Earth are not found together in the Bible.
The concept comes from Adam's & Eve''s commission to fill and subdue the earth in Gen 1:28
(Genesis 1:28) 28 Further, God blessed them and God said to them: "Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it, and have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving upon the earth."

"Neither will mourning, nor outcry, nor pain, be anymore the former things have passed away. I can't remember the whole thing, but moslty those are states of mind. Even a boy leading a lion is a state of mind in the animal. A lion does imply, however an earthly situation.
We can only see paradise as earthly because we are not omnipotent entities living in the 11th dimension. Perhaps there will be no more tears or pain, because we won't exist in bodies, but only our essence. Just as Christ seemed to have mastery over his physical enviornment.
"The world is passing away and so is it's desires."
The world passing away, implies another form of existence, and desires passing away, seems another form of altered consciousness.

Pass, Matthew wrote for Jews and they did not take Kingdom of the Heavens to mean someplace else. They preferred not to use the word God and substituted Heaven(s) in its place. When writing to Gentiles of mixed company the scriptures used Kingdom of God in its place. Both mean the same thing. They knew and expected it to be right here. Even the apostles said: Acts 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And they said this after additional training regarding this Kingdom during the 40 some days our Lord taught them after His resurrection. So it was not only the Kingdom of the Heavens, or the Kingdom of God, but the Kingdom to Israel as well. This Kingdom was correctly understood to be right here to them. But why use the word Paradise to someone not a disciple like the thief? Is there a distinction? Yes! this someone would not be part of this Kingdoms' administration and this distinction was made for them. It is the same for the meek that will inherit the earth.This is the Kingdom message we are supposed to be preaching to the inhabited earth. Is anyone doing it? Joseph

Either way that Bastard criminal was a Witness for 15 minutes..then died and went to Paradise???....I Pioneered for 10 friggin years!
