'What would you do to have your creation obey you'

I would pick the worst part of the earth and go down and live there. I would set up a society or country or continent. This would be my domain, my demonstration that my way is the best, the most loving. My domain would be so perfect. All the paople would be whatever they wanted to be, totally free to do anything, learn anything, try anything, whatever. Yet i would give them anything they asked for. I would show them unconditional perfect love, nevermind what they did. When someone died, i would let them reincarnate after a time, so they would live again and learn. Eventually, after eons, all would see that my way was the best. With enough love, and enough time, not one soul would be lost..... Hey isn't earth a bit like that?

----"What would you do to have your creation obey you?"

Well, first of all, if my objective was blind obedience, I wouldn't have
given them free will. Think about it. Our options under the Jehovah
    scenario are:
    1. Obey God and live
    2. Disobey God and Die
So, really, if this is the case, free will is just a death trap.

Secondly, why is God so hung up on obedience and praise. He seems very
insecure, even egomaniacal. I think he needs a shrink.

---"What would you do if your spiritual creation has acted like they could do
    whatever they wanted?"

Can't we? If we can't do whatever we want, then God has not truly given us
freedom. Besides, what kind of ruler/father/god wants nothing but blind
obedience. If I were God, I would want my creations to use thier minds and
come up with original things. Maybe they could surprise me. Maybe they
    could even correct me.

---"and didn't care what you thought of their actions?

I don't think that God cares about our actions. Really, the human race has
seen every extreme in behavior from Hitler to Mother Theresa, and God's reaction
is precisely the same - nothing. The only record of him taking any sort of action
is in a poorly written, non-credible book. For 2000 years, there hasn't even been
    that.

    Running Man,
By my saying what would you do if your spiritual creation has acted like they could do whatever they wanted and didn't care what you (God) thought of their actions? , I was talking about angels, such as satan and his demons. Do we know what heavenly life is like? What rebellion has Jehovah put up with? Jehovah is alienated from mankind because He feels we need free will without Him. Why do you think He has appointed 144,000 to go to heaven from the earth? Because He needs help from mankind. I'm just saying we have a better life ahead under Jehovah's rulership than we have now under satan's rulership.

    SC,

you sound like a reasonable guy, but you're last post is just rhetoric. If we were made in 'God's image', then we could expect humanity to be very much like him, except in power. If he feels emotion many more times what we do, then can't you expect him to be so judgemental. We have these loves and desires, that can't be coincidental-you can't blame everything on Satan.

He won't destroy all mankind, for he is a God of love, and no God, even a man, could not conceive of destroying six billion people.

That is why some of the bible is false.

You need to personally interview both satan and jehovah on this affair. The bible isn't very reliable about heavenly matters. What's that... jehovah isn't speaking to you directly? Then you may have a problem. Have you conversed w satan about his side in this? What's that... you don't want to talk to him.... or hear from him. Then how can you make any decisions at all concerning the spiritual?
