Perhaps discuss the reasons why she wants to go...... that way you can find constructive ways to fill the void she is trying to ease.
I agree that if you do go with her, yall should match hour for hour at another church or activity of your choosing alternating weeks. One week on JW, one week off JW.
If you don't wanna go.... don't and explain in simple and clear terms to her why.
If she nags ......assert headship and her place in not 'teaching'.

Compared to what you've been through, I think this is a small problem.
If going back to meetings makes her feel happy and more stable, let it be. That doesn't mean you have to go yourself though.
Think of it as a bit of "me" time - relax at home while she's at the meeting.
