We are seeing unrest in unusual places, and last I checked, Mumbai is Indian, which is not a very white place (yes I know there were Westerners in there). Still, these could be the beginnings of worse things.

The official story of the killing of the 15 year old kid is that the policeman was forced to shot in the air in order to protect himself from a bunch of anarchist that were throwing molotov bombs to him. the bullet hit a post and re-directed to the kids heart...
The eye witnesses said that that the policeman shot the kid in cold blood, after a tempered arguing they had....the 15 year old boy was with 3 other kids, and not a banch of 30 anarchists,and there is a video to prove this by an eye witness that was filming at his balcony...

Yes my friends this is the real truth regarding the events. People got really-really agry from the murder of a young boy. The most amazing thing is that the "goverment" did NOTHING to protect the property of all those pour people. There is 6 days now and all they do is just watch the destruction of our country. The most crazy thing is that all the political parties do NOTHING...The Socialist Party ask for new elections!!!
Our louzy politicians instead of taking care of the country all they care is elections and power. They NEVER care about the problems of the Hellenic people. THEY MAKE ME SICK...
The reasons that people got really mad is due to our politicians. People in the Hellenic Republic are starving. Yes my friends, when a scientist graduates from univercity the salary he/she will get is not more than 600-700 euros. Less than 900 dollars A MONTH...
The louzy politicians in Greece STEAL from the pour people. We have old people that they get penssion of 400 euro a month!!! The young people feel that there is no future for this country that is why they are acting like that. There are more than 400 pupblic schools today that they are under occupation by the students. They are protesting against the authorities.
Young people are seeking for a future, and our louzy politicians deny to them that future. They are involved in finnancial scandals that shake the country and all they care is how to fill their wallets.
In the riots the Hellenic people show that they need a better future. They destroyed Banks, Police Stations, Puplic buildings. And for the first time they did not demonstrate or even hit the American Embassy.(Unfortunately we have a real bad experience from the American politicians, and specially how they are involved in the coup in 1967, the ceasing of Democracy in Greece at that time, and the destruction and occupation of Cyprus by the Turkish invation in 1974. The Hellenic people they will not forgive Henry Kissinger for all the destruction he brought)
People got tired from this situation. People in Greece they want their dignity back. That is why they are on the streets demonstrating, for a better country, and better life. We are the ones the show democracy to the world. We are the ones that the Western World is based upon. Science, democracy, arts, literature, language. Olyumpics. All those are based upon our Hellenic culture Is not accidental that every one admires our civilazation and copy us. Our buildings, our language, our ideas.
We feel proud about that and we stand for, but we will not tolerate any louzy politicians destroying our country. We have enough of them....
Yesterday young students demonstrating outside in a police station in Athens they said:
DO NOT HIT YOUR CHILDREN WITH TEAR GAZES....WE HAVE ENOUGH TEARS ALL READY....
The kids show us the way...they did it in 1973 when they were the ones who rise up our national pride, when they demonstrate against the army regime set by C..I.A. They were the ones that died in front of tanks screaming for- EDUCATION-BREAD-FREEDOM
I feel that people are taking control in their hands. They got sick of the politicians and the New World Order. Yesterday we had demonstration in many other European Countries, like Italy, Germany, Sweden, Holland, and they all demonstrate against their politicians. People realize that their freedom is under attack. No one has the right to kill an unarmed 15 year old boy.

I'm really sorry for what is going on over there.
I still get emails from time to time from JW's in Athens.
I was sent some horrible pictures of fighting in the streets that my friend took.
This was when it first happened and now I have received no more correspondence from them.
So, I am hoping they are ok.

I cannot imagine living in a country as you do.
