Do you people have supermarkets run by ALDI?
They're all in North Alabama. I love good quality stuff, so if I have occasion to visit up North, I'll check them out.

Up here, Aldi's has a reputation of being a dirt cheap generic cut-corners store.
Maybe I'm being snobbishly prejudiced?
Inkling, are you in ALABAMA?

No, obviously not. I suppose it's possible the stores on unrelated, but that seems like an improbable marketing choice...
The ALDI's chain we have up here is nationwide, I believe.
To be clear, I don't shop there because of it's (perhaps undeserved) reputation for second-rate generic products.

No, obviously not.
oops..
That is not obvious, becuase I have no state listed in my profile.
Still, i am a bit confused what you meant by your question...

When you stated "up here ...," I thought you meant North Alabama.
Sorry for the confusion.

ALDI other than the money I need to save and having acceptable food,
And also, i don't mean to offend any ALDI's shoppers.
They do indeed have "acceptable food" at surprizigly low prices.
I was under the impression that the intent of this thread was to find a canned tuna superior to starkist, and I doubt that ALDI's, being a economy brand, is.
Well CoCo?? Did you write or call them??? I want to know the end of this culinary tale.
